Nestled into the landscape and within the surrounds of newly established gardens sits the Homestead.

Built by Dr Peter McMahon and his wife Margret in 1975, Homestead by Seville Estate has been lovingly restored and renovated by their grandson Dylan (head wine maker), with the assistance of dynamic Interior Architecture firm, Welcome to here.

The Homestead offers a place to unwind and celebrate family and friends in refreshing contemporary space overlooking the pool area, native gardens and the distant hills to the west.

The homestead features 4 bedrooms, can accommodate up to 8 people, and features a mixture of contemporary designed furniture and art pieces. The neutral palette, is layered again and again with textured pieces comprising of linen, wool and metal. Austere lighting choices, including our 450DIA Polar Wall Lights in Polar White finish, complement’s the relaxed atmosphere of the space creating a warm and inviting feel.
